Back Story

A representative at Reebok contacted me for a custom bag to gift one of their new clients.

They only asked for a clear bag to “show-off” their new shoe that was set to release on Christmas Day.

The Process

• Reebok mailed me the new shoes so I could see the dimensions

• I elected to actually use elements of the shoes and shoe box throughout the bag

• I deconstructed each shoe/shoe box to use:

  • The shoe tongues as a strap

  • The shoe laces as a water bottle holder

  • The insoles as a base cushioning

  • The Reebok leather/patent leather for decals

  • The cardboard logos for decals

Reebok was able to gift their new client an extremely special, customized bag; one that was made entirely out of their recycled goods.
